A vacation in Egypt is like a dream for those who are in love with the ancient Egyptian monuments, treasures and civilization! Our "Explore Egypt Vacation Package" delivers an awe-inspiring tour in the land of the Pharaoh's.

Your 9 day journey starts in Cairo, where you will have the chance to visit the impressive Pyramids of Giza, the well-known site of Sakkara, the Open Air Museum in Memphis, the new Grand Egyptian Museum, the Citadel of Salah El Din, the Coptic Cairo Area and the Khan El Khalili Bazaars.

You are then flown from Cairo to Luxor, in order to embark on a five-star all inclusive Nile Cruise sailing down the Nile from Luxor to Aswan for four nights to visit the Karnak Temples, Temple of Luxor, the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, Colossi of Memnon, Temple of Edfu, Temple of Kom Ombo, the High Dam, Temple of Philae, and a felucca ride around Agha Khan Mausoleum.

Day 01: Welcome to Cairo

Upon arrival to Cairo International Airport, you will be met by our English-speaking representative, who will help you with all formalities at the airport. We’ll then transfer you to your hotel in Cairo for check-in. The remainder of the day is free at leisure on your own to explore the city by night. Overnight in Cairo. [No Meals]

Day 02: Tour to Giza Pyramids, Sakkara & Memphis

Energizing breakfast at your hotel. After that, you will be met by our expert, Egyptologist tour guide, who will join you in such awe-inspiring tour to visit Pyramids of Giza, constructed around 2500 BC as the necropolis of the kings of the fourth dynasty. We will then proceed to Sakkara to visit The Step Pyramid Complex, which is considered to be the oldest surviving stone monument in the whole world. We will then have a short break for lunch at local restaurant in Cairo. Our last visit will be to The Open-Air Museum in Memphis, which was established in the 32nd century BC by King Narmer after he unified Upper and Lower Egypt and became the first capital of the whole country. After that, we will transfer you back to your hotel for overnight. [Breakfast & Lunch]

Day 03: Tour to the East Bank of Luxor

Morning flight to Luxor. On arrival, you’ll be met by our local representative, who will help & assist you in all formalities. You’ll then meet our tour guide for your tour to the Karnak Temples Complex, almost all the impressive items of the Karnak we see today date back to the new kingdom specially the huge amazing columns of the hypostyle hall, which are constructed by the famous king, Ramses II. We’ll then move to visit another magnificent temple in Egypt, which is the Temple of Luxor, which was established around the 14th century BC and the construction continued for many years afterwards by Ramses II, Queen Hatshepsut, and many other Pharaohs. We’ll get back to our Nile Cruise for overnight. [Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner]

Day 04: Tour to the West Bank of Luxor

You will enjoy your breakfast on board before you meet our tour guide for a tour of the West Bank of Luxor, including the awesome Valley of the Kings, the richest and most fascinating ancient tombs in Egypt. This was the burial site of the kings from the New Kingdom. Our next visit will be to Temple of Deir El Bahari, constructed during the reign of the 18th dynasty by Queen Hatshepsut. On our way back to the cruise, we will stop to see the well-known Colossi of Memnon, the only remaining items of the funerary temple of king Amenhotep III. We’ll get back to our Nile Cruise, enjoy lunch while sailing to Esna. Overnight on board. [Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner]

Day 05: Tour to Edfu & Kom Ombo

Enjoy breakfast on board before your full day tour. Our Nile Cruise ship will land at the location of the city of Edfu, where we will visit the Temple of Horus, constructed by the Ptolemies in the 3rd century BC for the worship of the god Horus, the avenger of his father. After that, we will get back to our Nile Cruiser to enjoy our lunch while sailing to Kom Ombo. By the afternoon, we’ll visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, established in the Ptolemaic period and completed in the Roman era. Finally, you will be transferred back to your Nile cruise ship for rest and refresh. Dinner and overnight on board while sailing to Aswan. [Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner]

Day 06: Aswan Highlights Tour

Breakfast meal will be served on board. After that, you will prepare yourself to join your expert tour guide to explore the wonderful city of Aswan. Our first visit of the day will be to the High Dam, which was constructed by the former president, Gamal Abdel Nasser to store the water, and then generate a large volume of the electricity. We will then ride in a motorboat to visit Temple of Philae, constructed in the 3rd century BC in the Greco Roman era as the cult center of the goddess Isis. Afternoon is the perfect time to enjoy a felucca ride (Optional) around Kitchener Island & the attractive islands of Aswan. We will then get back to our Nile Cruise ship. Dinner on board, followed by a folkloric show by the staff. Overnight in Aswan. [Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner]

Day 07: Over-day Trip to Abu Simbel

Disembarkation after breakfast. Today, we’ll schedule a tour to Abu Simbel from Aswan, by road, simply the greatest achievement of ancient Egypt. Constructed by King Ramses II, the two temples were cut out of rocks and buried under the sand for centuries before being discovered in the 19th century. After the tour, we’ll transfer to you Aswan Airport to catch your domestic flight to Cairo. On arrival, you’ll be met by our representative, who will transfer you to your hotel in Cairo for check-in & overnight. [Breakfast]

NOTE – There is a supplement add on “Red Sea Dive Experience”.
Here the group will split up. Those partaking in this package will be transferred to Hurghada for a three day all inclusive stay at a 5 star hotel complete with scuba diving.

Guests not opting for this will continue as per the itinerary.
Guests partaking will be transferred to Hurghada airport to resume the tour four days later.

Day 08: Tour to the Museum, Citadel & Old Cairo

Breakfast will be served at your hotel. After that, you’ll be met by our expert, Egyptologist tour guide, who will join you in such a wonderful tour to the Grand Egyptian Museum, the impressive museum at Giza. Starting October 16th, you’ll have the opportunity to preview twelve meticulously curated exhibition halls that will take you on a chronological journey through Egyptian history, from prehistoric times to the Roman era. Explore the themes of Kingship, Society, and Beliefs, and see how these elements shaped ancient Egyptian life. We will then drive to Old Cairo Area to visit the Citadel of Saladin, constructed in the 10th century by Saladin to protect Egypt and became the residence of Egypt’s rulers for more than seven centuries. We will then drive back to our hotel for rest & refresh. Evening time is yours to explore the city by night! Truly amazing! [Breakfast & Lunch]

Day 09: Farewell Day

Check out from your hotel in Cairo after having your breakfast. Later on, you’ll be met by our representative, who will transfer you by private Air-conditioned vehicle to Cairo International Airport in order to catch your flight to back home after your awesome tour to Egypt. [Breakfast]

Terms & Conditions

  • Tour Price:
    Our prices are determined according to different seasons, package contents, and accommodation class i.e., budget, tourist, deluxe or luxury. However, please note that in case of an increase in fuel, taxes, and/or tourist site fees, we will keep the right to amend all prices accordingly and without prior notice.
  • Reservation:
    In order to secure your booking, you are kindly requested to pay ONLY 50% of the total package price at the time of booking in order to secure the space at hotels, Nile Cruise ships, domestic flights, etc. The remaining balance is requested due 30 days prior to the arrival date for individuals. However, for groups; the remaining balance is requested due 60 days prior to the arrival date to reconfirm the bookings.
  • Entry Visa:
    Passengers are responsible in ensuring that they are in possession of the correct travel documents upon departure and they have met all health requirements. Please check with the nearest consulate office for information concerning travel visas before you travel and if you are required to obtain this or any other document in advance.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    Should you need to cancel your tour or any of its services, please notify us in writing.
    Cancellation fees will apply as follows “for the normal dates”:
    Cancellation of arrangements up to 36 days before departure: Loss of deposit and partial payment.
    Cancellation of arrangements from 35 days to 16 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost.
    Cancellation of arrangements from 15 days until the start of services: 100% of the tour cost.

However, for the premium dates, please be informed that most of the bookings might be non-refundable due to the high demand and/or space limitations at certain hotels/Nile Cruise ships. We highly recommend you consider travel insurance in the event you have delays or cancellations with your travel plans.

  • I understand that:
    International/Domestic airfares included with some of our tours or added based on your request, are based on non-refundable, non-changeable, and fares even if it is a business class or first class, offered at a steeply discounted rate to you. If you must change or cancel your flight reservations after we have issued your airline tickets, you will be responsible for all airline rebooking fees or cancellation penalties, which may equal the full original cost of the ticket(s).
  • Children Policy:
    Children from 00.00 Years up to 05.99 years will be free of charge.
    Children from 06.00 Years up to 11.99 years will enjoy a 50% discount from the adult rate.
    Children from 12.00 Years will be charged in full, the same as adults.
  • Tipping:
    In Egyptian society, tipping is customary and expected in daily life, especially for people working in the tourism field. It forms the biggest portion of their income. It is a kind of appreciation to tip someone or not according to the service, you receive from all the people working for you and involved in your trip like drivers, guides, porters, tour company representatives, etc.
